Tracking Technology

Technology used to track garments at Park Avenue is developed with you, the customer, in mind. By labelling every garment with a unique RFID chip we can scan a garment into our system every time it comes into the plant, thus allowing us to access a complete history of use of the garment. We are able to track garments right down to use by a single employee.

The benefit of the RFID chip technology is to maximise garment use, minimise inventory and ensure that you get the best service at the lowest cost.

History of Garments

Every rental garment we maintain has a complete record of its history in our mainframe computer. Each time that garment is processed, its serial number is scanned into the computer and its record is updated. A garment report can be generated on request which you can review at any time.

Tracking of Garments

Our garment tracking system, developed and perfected over years in our industrial laundry and cleanroom, means we can provide you with tight inventory control – saving you loss, wastage and time.

By matching garments with wearers, we can treat each of your employees as a special customer. When an employee leaves the company, just let us know and we can stop the supply of their garments, which will reduce your weekly rental.

And we list every employee we are supplying garments for on every invoice, so you know exactly what is included.
