Quality Standards
Park Avenue’s Cleanroom Quality Management System is accredited to current ISO 9001.
The Cleanroom garments supplied by Park Avenue include the most advanced fabrics and designs available and are tested to rigorous international standards. The Cleanroom garments manufactured from those fabrics comply with the current ISO14664 standards and are processed to the IEST-RP-CC003.4 standard.
To ensure compliance to the code of GMP, the Cleanroom undergoes monthly environmental monitoring for viable and non-viable particulates. In conjunction with the daily clean regime, the room has a complete clean down each month. The complete suite of environmental testing is carried out, and completing the clean a random swab is taken from several operators to ensure both the garment donning procedure and work procedure are being followed.
All samples are sent to a NATA laboratory for testing.
Both Filtered water and RO water are used in the decontamination process of the garments. The final rinse water is RO and that water is monitored continuously both during production and through the ring main.
Garment samples taken at random from the wash are batched and tested each day in situ for particle emissions using the Helmke drum following the IEST standards. Park Avenue also use international NATA labs to carry out other particle test on the garments.
